is there a way to make the playback controls its own separate window, due to the fact if you move it to the side of your screen and it gets lost under the tool bar there is now way to move it back into view with out restarting the whole NT8 platform.

Which tool bar and how are you losing it?

if windows task bar, unlock it or auto minimize.

when unlocked you can nice the task bar to any corner of the screen.

Unfortunately, the Playback Controller window does not have a window icon or preview.

I will submit a feature request on your behalf for this.

Once I have a tracking ID for this I will post in this thread for future reference.

I've received tracking ID# SFT-3710 for this request to handle the Playback Controller as regular window and show an icon and preview on the task bar..

Please note it is up to the NinjaTrader Development to decide if or when any request will be implemented.
