Chart does not refresh after reconnecting data

I am using interactive brokers live data. My charts do not refresh automatically when I open my workspace and connect to live feed. Also I see missing bars. I have click reload historical data on each chart which is very slow and hangs for a long time. I am using a hp laptop with not many applications.It has 8GM RAM and core i5 processor.

Please write in to PlatformSupport(AT)NinjaTrader(DOT)com and reference this forum post with RE: Kate in the subject line. Please attach your Log and Trace files to your email so that I may investigate this matter further. You may follow the steps below to attach those files.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
