Trading Mini Dax + Data connection problems

Hi,

I'm registered user and using Ninja Brokerage. I have purchased live data from the link you have provided. I have 1 question and 2 problem:

Question:
How can I trade mini dax (FDXM)?

Problem:
1. Sometimes feed freeze and i need to reconnect. What can cause this problem?
2. I couldn't add volume profiles to M6E 12-18 contract...

I'm replying your emails... I have real-time data and it's now working. The problem is it sometimes freeze.
