    Ask data

    Hi

    looking at the definition here

I can't understand the meaning of:
Ask foreground Sets the text color for ask data
what would be the ask data if not the price traded?
    many thanks
    M

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

Glad to assist. The setting controls the color for the general current market Ask price font. Colors would list trades above or below with the settings Above ask/bid foreground with regards to other trades.

See below for more on these settings.

i'm sorry but I can't understand. what is the difference with current market ask price and traded ask price?
and how can a price trade below or above bid/ask price?

In volatile markets, the last traded price is almost always either the current ask or bid price, however, if an instrument is thinly traded (very low volume) you may notice that this isn't always the case.
