Rithmic Not Connecting

Hello,

I connect to rithmic (rithmic paper trading) as part of the oneup trading combine. For a few weeks I have had a problem where in the morning I cannot usually connect. I get a log entry that I am connecting and it just sits there. Sometime if I select disconnect and try again it will connect but most often not. It usually requires me to reboot my PC and then I can connect fine.
This problem does not happen with connecting to either the kinetick EOD or simulated data feed. I do clear all tick data, caches etc prior to starting each day.

It will be difficult to diagnose this connection issue on the forums without specific information from your log and trace files.b Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
