Set up Commission as a % of traded value (NT8)

Hi,
Please add to commissions also calculation commissions as a % of traded value.
Some exchanges like KRX exchange fees and commissions are based on (% of traded value).

I have submitted this as a feature request to the NinjaTrader Development for consideration in a future version of NinjaTrader.
