Renko Chart not displaying on FOREX data feed

Hi,

I was using a SIM data feed (Ninja Trader FXCM) for NT8 with both a Renko and Ultimate Renko and all was working as expected. Keeping the charts all the same, including indicators and data series, I switched to my FOREX.com data feed and now the charts continually saying loading. I waited over 30 minutes for a USDJPY pair on a chart with 3 days of data to load and nothing was displayed. How can i troubleshoot what the issue is? or if you have any ideas?

Minute charts on FOREX data load as expected and I currently only have an RIS and MACD indicator on the chart. To be safe I cleared the DB cache and tried to reload with no luck.

I suspect the difference is the source of historical data. In your FOREX.com connection, is 'NinjaTrader historical data server' enabled or disabled? Here is an example:
