Live filled orders went missing

today I executed an live order via NT Brokerage/Phillip Capital, filled, but turns out it did not went through?? I had a position @ 6429.75, closed it 12/14 ETH before the bell. Re-opened a position @ 6409.25 12/14 during RTH 11:44 AM PT. Everything looked normal until I restarted the program and saw my position went from green (6409.25) to red (6429.75). I thought i was a glitch but then I digged through the 12/13-12/14 daily statement from Phillip Capital, I could not locate both trades. How is this possible?

Hello blahblahblah68,

Please note that it is as expected that your position price changes if you leave the position open until the next trading day. When a market closes, the last traded price (settlement price) will be used to carry forward positions to the new day (marked to market). When the market goes from Closed to PreOpen (regardless of time of day; all products are different) the open PnL is set to 0 and the open + closed PnL gets booked to the account balance as the new open position price becomes the settlement price. This logic is used for all futures contracts at all exchanges.
