Xbt with continuum

Hey, please help me...when I open the chart I see bars to the time that I actually opened the chart but there is no more data posting to the chart beyond the time that i open it.... What do i need to do to fix this ?

Please answer these general questions:

• What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.X.0)
• Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
• Who is your broker? Have you spoken with them regarding your real-time data enablements?
• What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, ES 03-18, EURUSD, AAPL, etc.
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

I'm connected to Continuum
I use Dorman Brokerage
xbt 01-18
I'm not getting any error on my screen
I haven't had any problem with any data before now

NinjaTrader 8 has XBT mapped for Continuum by default. No manual setup is required.

Please contact your broker and confirm if you're:

• Enabled for real-time data for XBT
• Allowed to trade XBT
