Problems with 8.0.15.1 and 8.0.16.3

Hello,

For some time NT8.0.15.1 had been crashing without leaving any error notices in the log files. It was particularly crashing just before a big move on the charts, when I took an image of the charts, or when I clicked on the control centre. As usual, once it crashes, the historical tick data reloaded is "fake", so I cannot trade until live data has been loaded for some time, all of which has me feeling very suspicious about what is going on!

I installed NT8.0.16.3 yesterday. When I click on chart trader, the chart trader may only appear partially on the chart, and if I switch it off, the entire chart becomes blank, with no price bars or indicators. What is going on?

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
