0 data record(s) successfully imported

I'm using Tickstory Lite to export historical tick data. However, when I try to import the file, I immediately get a "0 data record(s) successfully imported message. I've imported tick data before. I don't understand why this is happening.

I tried to zip the file to bring down the size. However, the system won't let me post the file. Says its too big. I really don't get it because I've done this before with this version of Ninja Trader 8. I did just upgrade to a newer version on Tickstory Lite. It worked with no problem with the older version.

I figured out my problem. It was either what I was naming the files, or the timezone. Anyway, I got it working. Thanks for the reply.

I too facing same problem that o record inserted . I have attached the file which i am using .
The problem i am facing on NT8 .

Please ensure that the name of your file is formatted properly. NIFTY.Last.txt.txt should be NIFTY.Last.txt to resolve.
