Can i put an indicator panel above the main price chart?

I would like to add an indicator panel ABOVE the price chart. Not in panel 2,3,4 etc UNDER the price chart..Can this be done? Thank you.

Thank you for your post.

You may do this by dragging and dropping the indicator to the top of the chart.

First, start by left-clicking and holding on the indicator, then drag the indicator to the top of the Chart until you see a blue line at the top then releasing your left-mouse button.
