Data missing from current session

Hello,

We were made aware there is some data that is not restored by reloading historical data. This data will be restored if possible during this weekends server maintenance.

Note that in some cases missing historical data can not be restored.

Is there a risk this could happen again, if so what can be done to prevent this from happening again?

Hello,

Data discrepancies occur occasionally and are generally resolved during weekend maintenance on our servers.

Enabling your platform to record live data as historical could be an option via the Tools >Options >Market data section- just keep in mind that enabling this option will consume more PC resources.
