    Market Profile Template

    Hi!
    found this on the trading hours...Market Profile template...looks like Pit session, Asia and Europe. Could you confirm. That would be ideal for me!

    Hello percma,

    Thank you for your post. This looks to be a custom trading hours template - you may verify the hours set via Tools > Trading Hours. Locate in the left list to see the setting in use.

    Let us know if we may assist further.

      uhm ok. I don't remember doing it. anyway...could you pls clarify this issue?
      - I have checked and edited some trading hours in order to fit my needs.
      - review the colour of the boxes as per my screenshots

      but
      I can see that the after Pit hours (from 1930 till 23 UK time) are drawn on the 14-1930 instead of the following session (as per my screenshot).

      any idea why?

        So we may test on our end, can you please let me know the time zone in use via Tools > Options?

        Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

            Thank you for your patience.

            I've recreated this trading hours template and made a similar Order Flow setup and I'm seeing the same times. Please send me your log and trace files so I may be able to see what is happening on the backend of NInjaTrader.

            You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

            Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

            Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: ATTN: Steven
