Coinbase Historical Data

Hi I receive errors when trying to pull any amount of Coinbase data on any of their cryptocurrency products. The 2 errors I have received are "Slow rate limit exceeded" when trying to pull a few week to months of data and "granularity too small for the requested time range" when try to pull a few days of data. Both are try to pull minute bar, last data. Please advise if there is a solution.

I do not see anything specific in our documentation on the Coinbase adapter for this item.

Please write in to PlatformSupport(AT)NinjaTrader(DOT)com and reference this forum post with RE:JOSH in the subject line. Please attach your Log and Trace files to your email so that I may investigate this matter further. You may follow the steps below to attach those files.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
