time zone change and tick charts

I changed the time zone in NT8 (latest version) and restarted.

After that charts such as range, time work with the new time zone displayed on ES.. however tick charts (even new ones created) will show some different time zone that is neither the new one nor the old one.. but possibly looks like it could be somewhere around UTC or GMT

This is not affecting other contracts, however I did not have other contracts open on tick based charts when I changed the time zone or restarted. Don't know if that matters or not.

Is there something i should do to ES to kick it into the correct time zone?

If you changed your time zone in NinjaTrader, you'll also need to right-click on your charts and select 'reload all historical data' so that historical data is re-downloaded with the new time zone.

sure I tried that already before and now again, several times.

Like I said it is not the old time zone, neither is it the new one that appears on the other charts - it seems to be GMT+1

also I noticed a weird time across the bottom, see image.

But the current bar is the current time (just gmt+1)

ok I removed historical data for november for ES and seems to have fixed it after a restart after doing that
