Too much time to start

Hello,

My Ninjtatrader 8 takes more than 5 minutes to start. I have the latest version but this problem exists from the first version of NT8. What can I do? Where is the problem? With NT7 I didn't have this issue never.

Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.


Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Thanks for your help but the folder trace compressed has more than 1Mb. I send you the log folder. How can I send you the other file?
