live account order request rejected

Hi, I have a real account for trading, I purchased my license key and I have my username and password from Dorman. But i can not open any trades (Buy or Sell) in my account because as soon as i click the button the following message appears:

"xxxx order request rejected. Please contract customer support (order parameters are invalid) affected order: Sell 1 Market"

Any ideas of what can i do?
