two strategy instances appeared after data reconnect

I have started to work with IB connection very recently so dont have lots of experience yet.
had a very strange occurance today.
I see in the logs that the NT disconnected from IB and reconnected again.
after that I see TWO lines of:
"Enabling NinjaScript strategy '......" for the same strategy.
And obviously I had double orders issued with the same conditions.
I attach the error log .
Is this something known?

I downloaded and then removed your log files. Please do not share your log/trace files publicly as they may contain sensitive information. It looks like this is a print of your NinjaScript Output window. What I'll need to do some detailed analysis and troubleshoot what you've experienced is your NinjaTrader log and trace files. Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
