    NT8 can't get any historical data from the Interactive Brokers gateway

    NT8 can't get any historical data from the Interactive Brokers gateway.
    It just continues to send the same request over and over again.
    For example, for 1 minute MSFT chart for the last day the request is:
    "20-6-114-0-MSFT-STK--0-0--SMART-ISLAND-USD---0-20181029 21:19:51-1 min-6 D-0-TRADES-1--"
    I'm not sure if the problem is on IB or NT8 side though.
    Did you ever encountered such problem?

    Thank you for your note.


    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
