No option to add CQG feed in NT8

Hi,

I'm following the guide here https://ninjatrader.com/ConnectionGu...nnection-Guide to add a CQG data connection to my NT8, but unlike the guide, my list of connectivity options seems much more limited.

It only lists the following
barcharts.com
esignal
external
google
IB
IQfeed
Kinetick

None of the others.

So, how do I get the CQG option per the documentation?

If you are seeing Interactive Brokers as a selection in your drop down menu then this may mean that you have a Single Broker License key for Interactive Brokers.
