I filled out the form, people have been asking for a better backtesting panel since 2017!
Tradingview does a much better job at this.

Yes it's a shame that NinjaTrader doesn't view this key feature as important some how. It's slow, often breaks and you have to wait eons for it to load if you have any kind of indicators attached to your chart.
My suggestions would be
1. if you select a date to download - why not set the start date as that date?
2. Similarly in my time zone it sets the start time at the start of the 24 hour session ie 4am - why not allow the user to set a start time themselves so that for instance it always opens at the date of download, my selected time?

This would improve it by a factor of 10 fold.
As it is Trading view is 10 times better I agree.
