Entering Multiple Instruments into a new Instrument List

How can I enter multiple tickers into a new instrument list? instead of entering them one by one.
I've tested several combinations (comma separated list, space between them, etc.) but the software didn't accept it.

I have a quite long list of stocks in a text file (.csv) and I want to add this list to an Instruments List created by me.
But, I don't want to type all of them one by one.
I imagine there is some "copy and paste" method to do it instead of typing all the tickers by hand. Isn't there?
I'm talking about NinjaTrader 8

You create a list of stocks by going to the Control Center->Tools->Import->Stock Symbol List.
