Cant load platform after v16 upgrade

I have just upgraded my platform, re-done all the templates, workspaces and strategies, now it wont re-open and I get this message below.

Sorted...switched PC off and back on again !

I take that back....NT freezing repeatedly on load up, and have to end task using Task Manager...cant use it at all.

I have managed to send the files via email support. I could do this, even with the charts frozen....having said that, the FXPro window is still working...its only the charts that are frozen. I have checked the data connection and all is ok.

This issue is SOLVED...before the update I could run NT8 off my PC and separately off my laptop, however after I upgraded, I found that the platform froze within seconds, hence my posts.....I went to my laptop PC and changed the licence to its SIM licence. My PC licence is a LIVE one, hence the conflict. Now both are working great.
