Downloading Broker Historical Data

Hello,

After 3 days and talking to several technical agents I am still not able to download historical data into my platform. These are the steps I take maybe I am missing something or doing something wrong?
Step 1 Log In to my Broker
Step 2 Download Historical data from Historical Data Tab * I go back as far as 01/01/2013 - Current Date and Time. Which is also able to download with no errors
Step 3 I go to the Market Replay Tab and I download Historical Date 01/01/2013 and this is where it says "There is no market data available for this date and time

My broker is Forex.com so i should be able to download Historical Data as they do provide this for us so I am not sure what I am doing wrong?
