Edit Subscribe List Question

I have generated a really long list over time of forum topics subscribed to....is there a way to edit that list without opening individual threads one by one to unsubscribe to ??

• At the top right of the forums, type on your forum name > My Profile
• Click on 'Subscribed' > Edit subscriptions
• This will allow you to unsubscribe from a summary list
