Charts are not working for new instruments

Hello Team,

I am working on the Ninja Trader Platform and facing one issue. That is added new instrument under "CRYPTOCURRENCY" and then go to the chart for that instrument, but charts are empty. what is the solution for this? is there any other way to achive this functionality.

The option for CryptoCurrency is available for use with data feeds which provide for these instruments. In order for us to advise further in this regard, can you please confirm the provider of your data or who you are connected to in your platform? You may verify this under your connections menu

• In NinjaTrader 7, go to control center > file > connect > your connection name.
• In NinjaTrader 8, go to control center > connections > your connection name.

Also, please confirm for us the specific instrument you are attempting to view and the chart interval.
