32 bit needs to be 64 bit

Hello, recently I upgraded to the newest version of NT8 and now I keep getting the error message that I should use the 64 bit version. I just downloaded it again today and installed it and I am getting the same error message. I specifically watched for an opportunity to choose between 32 and 64, but I could not find one. Can you please let me know how I select 64 bit?

If you do not see a NinjaTrader 8 (64-bit) icon on your Desktop can you go to the Windows menu->Open the NinjaTrader 8 folder and let me know if you see NinjaTrader 8 (64-bit) listed.

If you do not please follow the steps listed below to uninstall and reinstall NinjaTrader.

• If possible, copy your license key from the Control Center> Help > License Key.
• Close all running applications.
• Uninstall NinjaTrader within Windows Control Panel.
• Navigate to C:\ > Program File (x86) > Delete the 'NinjaTrader 8' folder if it exists
• Reboot your PC.
• Once these steps are completed, download and install NT8 from the link below.

Hi there, Christopher - I downloaded Free version of Ninja Trader 8 and it gives me the same message. Does Demo version come in 64 bit?

When download NinjaTrader on a PC running a 64-bit OS both a 32-bit and 64-bit version will be installed. If you do not see a NinjaTrader 8 (64-bit) icon on your Desktop can you go to the Windows menu->Open the NinjaTrader 8 folder and let me know if you see NinjaTrader 8 (64-bit) listed.
