Error when sending email to support via Ninjatrader

Hello Support

When I try to send email request via Ninjatrader I get the following error:

"There was an error sending a mail message: Failure sending mail. Unable to connect to the remote server No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 64.57.210.216:587"

I also get the popup that says "email sent successfully" but also with the following error in the log:

"There was an error sending a mail message: Error in processing. The server response was: Error while writing spool file"

I have switched Windows 10 Firewall off. I'm running NT 8.0.15.1 64-bit

How are your email settings configured? Can you please take a screenshot?

I recently installed Windows 10 and thus a new version of Ninjatrader 8. Can you point me in the direction of where to check my email settings in Ninjatrader?

You can access share services in NinjaTrader 8 by going to the Control Center>>Tools>>Options>>General>>Share Services. Here is the relevant Help Guide page:
