Error message: Unable to retrieve type info

Good afternoon.

I received the following message when opening NinjaTrader:
"Unable to receive type info for 'NinjaTrader.NinjaScriptAddOnBase' from assembly 'Npgsql': Unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the LoaderExceptions property for more information.

I searched on the internet and found many answers but I wasn't able to make anything useful with any of them. Could anyone help me understand the problem and give me possible solutions?

Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.


Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
