missing FDAX FDXM data 7/16-11/16

I am trying to load historical TICK data for FDAX and for FDXM
I am missing from 7/8/2016 - 11/28/2016
in FDXM there are some data on dates in end of the above period, but in general its the same situation
Its not just the chart, as I looked in the database itself under the instrument (Last/Tick/ month..)

In ES for example I have data for these periods.
Also, it happens in another computer of my friend.
I have reinstalled the software, cleaned the DB etc..
its just doesnt download it .

Hello dadarara,

Unfortunately we provide only 1 year of historical tick data on our historical data servers. I assume you connect to a broker technology that loads historical data from our historical data server.

And I get data starting from 7/9/2015.
but I am missing a window bellow

so how come?

There is still some historical tick data left on the historical data server that is older than 1 year. You should expect only 1 year of historical tick data on our historical data servers.
