Renko setting for less than a whole number (cents)

Hi,

Can someone help me with setting Renko brick size less than one - say $0.50 . For some reason the Renko brick size does not recognize a decimal point. Has anyone experience this before. I am also not able to plot Renko with whole numbers I have Interactive brokerage account with real-time data subscriptions. minute charts and dailies plot fine

Thank you for your post.

Glad to assist. NinjaTrader itself does not allow for decimal brick sizes at this time. The Renko bars unfortunately will not be able to load in general with IB. This is because Renko bars are built using Historical Tick data, and the Interactive Brokers connection in NinjaTrader does not support historical tick data.
