Shortcut keys not working

My Drawing Tools shortcut keys are not working for some reason. ie; F12 for text. Nothing happens. What have I done? Anyone know what to do to correct this> Thank you.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About

After pressing the F12 key did you click on your chart in the location you would like to put the text?

Are there any errors on the 'Logs' tab of your Control Center? If so, what do they report?

Did you edit your Hot Key settings from the Control Center>>Tools>>Hot Keys>>Chart ?

Hello Josh. Thank you for your reply. My version is 8.0.15.1 64-bit. Yes, clicking on the chart does nothing. I find no errors under Logs. And I never went into Tools>>Hot Keys>>Chart.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
