Buy stop order problem

I tried to place a buy stop order as shown but came up with an error message.

Did I do something wrong?

Thank you for posting.

So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20171119.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.

Hi Drew. Once we went live today the order went through. Something to do with being off line?

Thanks for your posting.

If disconnected or offline, I wouldn't expect Orders to work as expected. However, it would be difficult to determine the cause without reviewing the files. I'm happy to review the files if you would like to look into this occurrence.
