I moved your post to a new thread as it is unrelated to the original thread.
I could not reproduce this on my end following these steps:- Connect to equities and futures data
- Create a chart with three equities data series
- Create a chart with one futures data series
- Open the databox from the equities chart

Can you reproduce this behavior in a new workspace with new charts? If so, what exact steps are you taking?
