Can you please tell me to what data feed/broker you connect in NinjaTrader.

When you use the continuous (##-##) expiry month, it will load historical data that has been merged on the data feed/broker side.

If you use individual expiry months such as 01-18, historical data will be merged in NinjaTrader if enough historical data is requested.

Does it make a difference if you right click in both charts and select 'Reload All Historical Data'?

I use IQ_feed. That problem had never happened to me. I already tried to load the data again, and it did not work. A new graphic and it did not work either.

When I test it on my end, the only difference I see is a gap in the ##-## chart which is not there in the 01-18 chart. The gap occurs between November 15th and November 16th.

Can you please check what NinjaTrader 8 version you have installed. You can check this at Control Center-->Help-->About.

Try the following. Please shut down NinjaTrader and navigate to the location below.

Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->db

Delete the cache folder that is within the db folder.

The cache folder is used to quickly load data in chart windows - the actual data is saved in the tick, minute and day folders. The first time you load data after deleting the db-->cache folder, it will take a little longer to load than usual. Once all data is loaded, it should load data quickly again.

Start NinjaTrader and check if the CL charts load the same data.
