No data after bar is closed when alerts are activated

Hello,

Recently I started using alerts in my 15 min charts. I had no problem with data feed until I started using the alerts. Now, when the bar is closed, the data is not received until I reload all historical data (Ctr+Sift+R) and then it starts again as normal. At the same time, data feed is normal in other tabs with the same instrument and no alerts. It is just the one that has the alerts activated the one that stops receiving the data feed.

Why is this happening ?

Can you please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the locations below.

Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->log

Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->trace

Right click the log and trace folder and select Send to-->Compressed (zipped) folder. Subsequently attach both .zip files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, No data after bar is closed when alerts are activated' in the subject header.



What kind of alert do you have setup in the chart?

If you create a brand new chart without a chart template and add an alert, are you able to reproduce the issue?
