Error Message on Startup

I'm getting this message on startup.

unhandled exception: the given key was not present in the dictionary.

Any thoughts?

I'm happy to check into this with you if you would please email us at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20171114.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.

I think I have that sorted out and it is now stating correctly.

I am however having a problem with a backup/restore. I backed up my main machine and am trying to restore that backup on my laptop. It goes all the way to the last file of the restore and then hangs - I have to cancel out.

Thoughts?
