real time data connection Interactive Brokers

Good morning,
do not get real time data from Interactive Brokers with Ninja8. Instead, with Ninja7 all right. What does it matter?

Thanks for writing in to our Support team.

In this image you sent me, your chart is still loading data so you would need to wait until this historical data request has completed before seeing it update in real-time.

If you send multiple historical data requests at one time with Interactive Brokers, you can run into pacing violations which will prevent you from sending any more historical data requests for a short period of time.

Please wait for the historical data request to complete on this chart and then let me know if it is updating in real time. You can see if the historical data request has completed once the Loading... text disappears from the upper left hand corner of your chart.
