metastock data windows not appear

Hello, i'm trying to import metastock data historyi n Historical Data menu,
I select everything but I'm not able to proceed, he window for selecting source file not appear when I push "import" botton.

Thank you for your post.

Glad to assist, it may be the 64-bit version is in use, which is not supported to import metastock data. To check , please go to the Control Center's Log tab to see if any errors have been generated.

If so, shut down and go to Start > Search > NinjaTrader 8. Select the version that does not list 64-bit in the title and try importing again.

I'm facing the same issue here with latest version of NT8. I was not trying to import Metastock data... only a normal text file with data in NT8 format. I created a thread and attached the log file..... please take a look.
