connect but no update

good morning

having difficulty starting nt8 this morning. it boots up then i connect to continuum and the light turns green but the es chart is blank, no data or pricing shows up. i have tried removing and reinstalling but no success.

Thank you for your post. So that I may better assist, can you please provide the following information?

What specific version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.9.0)

Who is your broker / data provider? I know you mention Continuum- is it NinjaTrader Continuum? These are technically different data providers.

What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, the current contract for the ES futures instrument is Es 12-17.

(For a chart) what interval is selected?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
