Missing historical data on multi timeframe chart

We were able to verify on our end when testing with the FXCM historical servers.

For now, there is no solution other than using NinjaTrader's servers instead of FXCMs. The Development Team is handling this as a feature request. I'll update this post when I receive a tracking number.

A feature request! The feature of having complete historical data? Its a bug surely?

We have resolved the issue by providing data from our own servers. We are tracking client feedback to resolve when using FXCM's servers.

Historical data is different between FXCM and NT, specifically gaps are closed on the FXCM feed, which means referencing previous D1 highs and lows (which I do in my strategies) produce different results between the two feeds. NT historical data for @GER30 only goes back to 2013 so all my backtesting is done through FXCM which goes back much further. So this really isn't fixed for me, but I guess I'll have to program around the bugs as this will never get fixed.
