E-signal L2 data not coming through

Hello,

I'm trailing e-signal data and i cannot get L2 info to come through on NT8. Time and sales data is coming through fine but L2 screen is blank.

Please see attached which shows e-signal on the left with full l2 data and T&S, and then NT8 on the right that shows empty L2 and working T&S

What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.X.0)

What instrument are you attempting to load in the Level II window?

If you switch to a AAPL do you see Level II data?

It's for all UK equities, i don't have level2 data feed for apple or any US stocks.

You're using an older and unsupported version of NinjaTrader 8 (8.0.8.0). Please upgrade to the latest version (8.0.9.0). To upgrade NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below.

• First get your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
• Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
• Enter your license key and press Submit
• Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
• Select 'Download'
• Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

What you're experiencing is currently expected. NinjaTrader will only receive eSignal level II data for the items listed below:

• Stocks from NASDAQ and NYSE.
• Futures from CME and CBOT

I'll submit a feature request for eSignal level II data support from UK exchanges. I will update this thread when I receive a tracking number. EDIT: SFT-1271
