Data request on start up
When i open up NT8 the log shows a list of 10-20 instruments that it was unable to locate, it is the same instruments each time i load up NT8 even though i am not even looking at those instrument on the charts, it's like it's trying to do a historical download request for them. How can I stop this happening? I have tried deleting the cache, day, minute and tick data in the db folder but no success.Tags: None

Hello,
Thanks for posting.
Do you have a Market Analyzer open that may have these instruments listed? The platform will send real time data requests for all instruments loaded into your workspace, whether they be on charts, Market Analyzer, SuperDOM windows, etc. This means that it's likely these instruments are opened somewhere in your workspace.

Hello b16_aln,
Thank you for your reply. It could be that you have those currency pairs loaded within another open workspace, but in the background.
From the Control Center, please click Workspaces. Any workspace listed with a green square next to it, even if the square is in the background, is technically open. If you have multiple open workspaces, please close any which you are not using, to see if this resolves the issue.
Please let me know if I may assist further.
