custom bar alert compatible with ninjatrader 8

hey there, i am using ninjatrader 8. i use range charts, i need an indicator that will alert me when bar closes. i was able to find one here but when i import it says it was coded in an older version so its not compatible with nt 8. where can i get the new version. i am attaching the older version with this thread

To confirm, you are asking the community if this NinjaTrader 7 script has already been created for NinjaTrader 8 and you are not asking for assistance creating a new version yourself, is this correct?

The script appears to be simple demonstration script and not a full indicator and likely will not be ported to NinjaTrader 8 by the community or NinjaTrader staff automatically. But this script only has one action and that is to call Alert on every OnBarUpdate() call.
I would recommend you create this using the Strategy Builder, and then copy the code to an indicator.
