Commissions Question

I'm a little confused about commissions on live trading. The NinjaTrader website says commissions for Forex.com are $0.01 per 1k lot for the Lease license option (https://ninjatrader.com/PDF/ninjatra...ernational.pdf). Is this if we sign up for NinjaTrader Brokerage? What if our broker is Forex.com (i.e. I opened a brokerage account directly on forex.com, not on ninjatrader.com)? How do you obtain these commission fees? I'm not seeing any information in my Forex.com brokerage account about commissions. And their website states that they don't have any commissions, their profit is made through the spread (https://www.forex.com/en-us/markets/forex).

If these commissions are for Forex.com customers, are the commission fees reflected in PnL? Or do you bill us for the commission fees when the license renews? And what are these commission fees for precisely if we are a customer of Forex.com and not NinjaTrader Brokerage?

On that note, what is NinjaTrader Brokerage? I have searched for about an hour now and not found any information about it. The website for NinjaTrader Brokerage (http://www.ninjatraderbrokerage.com/) doesn't have much information about Forex. Is this just for Futures? The site only mentions Futures, and when you click on the link for “forex” it just takes you to https://ninjatrader.com/Forex.
