Scale on Axis jumping

This is only a minor issue in NT8 but yet a bit annoying. Whenever I grab the numbers on a chart's right axis and pull them to the middle to switch from "automatic scaling" to a more condensed view, the numbers on the axis jump in the opposite direction first, which means I have to move the mouse more than intended.

Somehow the very start of the move adjusts the axis using some false calculation. Gonna try to attach a small video as better explanation.

I notice this behavior as well, but I am unsure if this is expected or not. I will be doing further research and will follow up when I have more information.

I think that with the first click on the axis the current position gets extracted / calculated to have a starting point for the resizing, but perhaps without accounting for the tabs on the bottom or the top menu-ribbon, or the X-axis - likely just a small calculation-bug.
