So I have ATM strategy with 2 targets. In most times I change targets by moving it on the chart. Is it possible to dynamically change profit target of the auto breakeven, wen I move my targets on the chat?

There's not a way of changing any parameters of an ATM template that has been submitted to an order unless you're manually moving the stop loss and profit target. In addition, if you move the profit target, there is not a way of enforcing the stop loss from to move.
