    I bout your product on 25 Sep 2017... and now I clearly see that the program is not suitable for my needs!

    Level 2 not working. Support doesn't help...
    Hotkeys can't be managed as I need it to bee.

    And many other problems.

    So please give me an instruction to refund Ninja Trader 8.

      I think I haven't got account number - I just bout NT 8 thru PayPal. All other information I send to the PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com
