Charts are blank

Hi. I hope you can help me.

I have a problem with charts. Just the default ones load correctly (i.e. ES 12-17); in this case I can even change the time frame. But when I try to load any other chart, even the avalaible ones in the list, they simply keep blank. I have tried as follow:

To clean the caché folder.
Installing both 7 and 8 versions, and each one in 2 different PC.

So I conclude it´s a problem about config, but I haven´t found how to fix it.

P.S.: Rightnow, I need to load some stock´s tickers, such as AAPL, AMZN, FB, TSLA, MSFT, etc in 1 minute and ticks.

So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20170924.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
